Composition Plan definition

Composition Plan means the composition plan in respect of the Issuer dated 5 December 2012 and confirmed by the Amsterdam District Court on 22 March 2013, including all annexes thereto, as amended, modified, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time.
Composition Plan means the plan setting out the restructuring terms and conditions prepared and proposed by the Guarantor to its creditors for the purpose of voting in the PKPU creditors’ meeting to be held at the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta District Court on [16 June] 2022.

  • Any claims and disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement relating to the LBT Composition Plan and distributions fi-om the LBT estate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

  • Agreement, Chapter Plan and the LBT Composition Plan shall remain in fiill force and effect.

Related to Composition Plan

  • layout plan means a plan of the project depicting the division or proposed division of land into plots, roads, open spaces, amenities, etc. and other details as may be necessary;

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Source Protection Plan means a drinking water source protection plan prepared under the Clean Water Act, 2006;
