Composite License definition
Composite License means a license to be obtained by developers under this policy, which covers the distinct areas of electricity, water, trade, bulk supply etc. Under such a license, developers no longer will have to obtain the licenses in the above-mentioned categories separately;
Composite License means prospecting license-cum quarrying lease granted under Rule 9 of the Rules.
