Composite ADP definition

Composite ADP as defined in Section ‎8.2.5;
Composite ADP has the meaning given to such term in the Partnership Agreement.
Composite ADP has the meaning given to such term in each LNG SPA, which meaning shall be uniform with respect to all LNG SPAs.

  • The Directors shall evaluate such proposed Composite ADP on the basis of (A) whether it represents a technically valid and prudent evaluation of the cumulative anticipated production of LNG from the Plants that have, or are expected to have, achieved Full Operations prior to or during the relevant calendar year among the LNG SPAs, and (B) whether reasonable efforts to accommodate the slots requested pursuant to Section 8.2.2 of the LNG SPAs were used.

Related to Composite ADP

  • Composite sample means a combination of individual samples of wastewater taken at 1 hour intervals, for eight (8) hours (or for the duration of discharge, whichever is less), to minimize the effect of variability of the individual samples. Individual samples must be of equal volume. (Example: one (1) liter per hour.)

  • composite supply means a supply made by a taxable person to a recipient consisting of two or more taxable supplies of goods or services or both, or any combination thereof, which are naturally bundled and supplied in conjunction with each other in the ordinary course of business, one of which is a principal supply;

  • Composite means a combination of individual samples collected at periodic intervals of the entire discharge day. The composite must be flow proportional; either the time interval between each individual sample or the volume of each individual sample must be directly proportional to either the wastestream flow at the time of the sampling or the total wastestream flow since the collection of the previous sample. Samples may be collected manually or automatically.

  • Filter profile means a graphical representation of individual filter performance, based on continuous turbidity measurements or total particle counts versus time for an entire filter run, from startup to backwash inclusively, that includes an assessment of filter performance while another filter is being backwashed.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.
