VPC’s cost of obtaining Licensed Production Components from sub-manufacturers shall be included in Licensed Production Components Costs.

On or before five (5) days after the end of each quarter, or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible, VPC shall provide LMT with a schedule setting forth the aggregate actual Licensed Production Components Costs incurred by VPC during the quarter compared to the estimated aggregate Licensed Production Components Costs as reflected in the invoices issued by VPC to LMT in such quarter.
