Component Warranties definition
Component Warranties means the rights acquired or to be acquired by the Contractor from the Material Contractors and assigned to CEC or such party as CEC shall direct in respect of Defects in the Key Components. "Contractor's Consents" means all consents, permissions and approvals required for the Works to be obtained by the Contractor but excluding CEC's Consents.
