Component Set definition

Component Set means a complete set of all Components for use by AMAG or its designee to assemble of one Bremelanotide Device.
Component Set means an orifice, two leaflets, a stiffening ring, two lock rings, and a lock wire.
Component Set means a complete package of all Components for use by Radius or its designee to assemble the BA058 Device.

  • For the purpose of determining whether AMAG is in compliance with this Section 4.8, a Component Set is considered “purchased” as of the agreed Delivery Date in the respective Purchase Order, provided however that such ordered Component Sets will have been duly paid by AMAG (during such calendar year or, as applicable, at a later stage in accordance with the terms of this Agreement).

  • The effective Unit Price per Component Set shall be determined based on the total number of Component Sets ordered by AMAG for the respective calendar year accordance with Section 7.3, provided however that such ordered Component Sets will have been duly purchased and paid by AMAG (during such calendar year or, as applicable, at a later stage in accordance with the terms of this Agreement).

  • As soon as the Bremelanotide Device is in the market, Ypsomed shall be allowed to mention AMAG in its clients list and to show the Component Set (assembled with a syringe of placebo) in trade fairs, exhibitions and publications.

  • The license shall not include the right to manufacture or have manufactured the Components nor any right to sub-license except to designees of Radius, as far as such license is required to conduct the assembly of the Component Set respectively into the BA058 Device, or for promotion, marketing, offer to sell and/or distribution activities in respect to the BA058 Device that will be conducted by such designees.

  • The price per Component Set will be based on the total quantity forecast at the beginning of the applicable Business Year.

  • For example, if the total quantity forecast for the current Business Year is for [*]batches comprising [*] Component Sets, the price for each Component Set ordered in that Business Year would be [*] CHF.

  • The term "Component Set" means an orifice, two leaflets, a stiffening ring, two lock rings, and a lock wire.

  • Radius shall hold any such Component Set or BA058 Device retrieved for inspection by Ypsomed or, at Ypsomed’s request, shall return such Component Set and/or BA058 Device to Ypsomed.
