Component Parties definition

Component Parties means any political parties that have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Umbrella Party Council, and can include registered and unregistered political parties under New Zealand electoral law.

Related to Component Parties

  • Component part means any part of a vehicle, other than a tire, having a component part number.

  • SPE Component Entity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 hereof.

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Subrecipient Parent DUNS Number means the subrecipient parent organization’s 9-digit Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number that appears in the subrecipient’s System for Award Management (SAM) profile, if applicable.
