Component P definition
Component P means one of the twenty-nine components of the Class A-X Certificates having a Component Notional Amount equal to the then current Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LP Uncertificated Interest as of any date of determination.
Examples of Component P in a sentence
Any such Component P Deferred Payment Writedown Amount with respect to Component P-1 and Component P-2 or Component P-3 or Component P-4 shall effect a corresponding reduction in the Current Principal Amount of the Group B Subordinate Certificates, Group 3 Subordinate Certificates or Group 4 Subordinate Certificates, respectively, in the reverse order of their numerical Class designations.
