Component Interest Shortfall definition
Component Interest Shortfall. For any Distribution Date and each IO Component, the amount by which Accrued Component Interest for such Component exceeds the amount of interest actually distributed on such Component on such Distribution Date pursuant to clause (i) of the definition of "Component Interest Distribution Amount."
Component Interest Shortfall. For any Distribution Date and each Class SES Component, the amount by which Accrued Component Interest for such Component exceeds the amount of interest actually distributed on such Component on such Distribution Date pursuant to clause (i) of the definition of "Component Interest Distribution Amount." Component Interest Shortfall.
