Component HRR definition
Component HRR shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Component HRR. One of the four (4) components of each B Note provided under the Loan Agreement and designated as Component HRR.
Component HRR means, collectively, “Component A-HRR”, “Component B-HRR”, each as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Examples of Component HRR in a sentence
Appraisal Reduction Amounts allocated to each Note shall be allocated to the related Components in the following order: (i) in the case of any A Note, Component D-1, Component C, Component B and Component A, until the principal balance of the affected Component has been notionally reduced to zero, and (ii) in the case of any B Note, to Component HRR, Component G, Component F, Component E and Component D-2, until the principal balance of the affected Component has been notionally reduced to zero.
