Component C Rate definition
Component C Rate means a rate per annum equal to 7.43315%.
Component C Rate means a rate per annum equal to, as applicable, (a) the LIBOR Interest Rate plus the Applicable Spread with respect to any period when the Loan is a LIBOR Loan, (b) the Substitute Base Rate plus the Substitute Rate Spread for Component C with respect to any period when the Loan is a Substitute Rate Loan and (c) the Prime Rate plus the Base Rate Spread for Component C with respect to any period when the Loan is a Base Rate Loan.

The market-based indices applicable to Component C on the Closing Date are identical to the market-based indices used to compute interest on the Initial Lessor Notes, Aggregate Component D is identical to the assumed outstanding principal amount of the Initial Lessor Notes and the Component C Rate is identical to the Funding Rate under the Initial Lessor Notes.
