Component B-1 definition

Component B-1 means that portion of the Loan in the amount of One Hundred Million and No/100 Dollars ($100,000,000) made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
Component B-1 means the component of the Loan designated as “B-1” in Section 2.1.5 hereof.
Component B-1 means that certain Component of Note B having the original principal amount set forth in Section 2.1.5.

  • Any mandatory prepayment of principal of the Loan made pursuant to Section 2.4.2 hereof and any voluntary prepayments of the principal of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.4.1 hereof or otherwise, shall be applied as follows: (a) first, to the reduction of Component A, until reduced to zero; (b) second, to the reduction of Component B-1, until reduced to zero; and (c) third, to the reduction of the outstanding principal balance of Component B-2, until reduced to zero.

  • For the purpose of computing interest payable from time to time on the principal amount of the Loan and certain other computations set forth herein, the principal balance of the Loan shall be divided into Component A, Component B-1 and Component B-2.
