Complying policy definition

Complying policy means a policy as defined in § 10-4-703(2), C.R.S. It also includes a policy subject to § 10-4-706(1)(a), C.R.S., issued for motorcycles and motor scooters.
Complying policy means a policy of insurance that provides the coverages and is subject to the terms and conditions required by this part 6, and is certified by the insurer and the insurer has filed a certification with the commissioner that such policy, contract, or endorsement conforms to Colorado law and any rules promulgated by the commissioner.
