Compliant Product definition

Compliant Product is a product or service that implements, but does not incorporate, the Material in whole or in part, except to the extent explicitly permitted below. "End User" is a company, entity or individual that is the ultimate purchaser or licensee from Licensee of a Compliant Product.

For the avoidance of doubt and without limiting the foregoing, if such Standard is amended in the future, any patent claim Owned by the Implementer that was a Necessary Claim under such Standard and is still a Necessary Claim under the amended version of such Standard shall remain subject to Implementer’s Non-Assertion Commitment. Licensee shall not sublicense any Standard or any of its rights under this Agreement, except to the extent necessary to exercise its rights under Section II.2 above.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
