Compliant boarding definition
Compliant boarding means boarding of a vessel with the consent (master or flag State) and in cooperation with the master. ‘Non-compliant boarding’ means boarding without such co- operation. ‘Opposed boarding’ means boarding that meets the resistance of the master and the crew of the vessel.
