Compliance Supplement refers to the North Carolina State Compliance Supplement, maintained by the State and Local Government Finance Agency within the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer that has been developed in cooperation with agencies to assist the local auditor in identifying program compliance requirements and audit procedures for testing those requirements.

Related to Compliance Supplement

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule designed to achieve compliance with limits, reduce pollutants in the effluent, improve the pretreatment system, etc. A permit compliance schedule does not relieve the permittee of its obligations to comply with applicable pretreatment standards and pretreatment requirements, including the prohibitions against pass through and interference.
