Compliance Commitments definition

Compliance Commitments means any Non-Cash Proceeds that provide River, River Subsidiaries, and their Affiliates with no substantial benefits or protections other than the benefits and protections to which they are entitled under applicable law.

  • Replacement Revolving Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22.
