Compliance Charge definition

Compliance Charge means the charge established by the District pursuant to Section Three (A)(3) of this Ordinance which is designed to recover all District compliance activities for Non-Residential Properties required to comply with federal environmental
Compliance Charge. The costs incurred or reasonably expected by the Landlord to be incurred providing the services mentioned in Clause 37.2 of this Lease.

  • Miscellaneous fees/charges may include, but are not limited to: Special handling, or packaging, Fuel Surcharge, Compliance Charge, Paper Invoice Fee, Merchant Bank Fee, Energy Surcharge, Additional Time Fee.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the reconciled annual REC Compliance Charge for a Full Requirements Customer can never exceed the Full Requirements Customer’s total annual load multiplied by the Annual REC Percentage Target for that year multiplied by NYSERDA’s published REC price for the REC Program Year.

  • The PCI DSS Non Compliance Charge shall be payable by the Retailer for each month that it is non-compliant until such time as the Retailer has validated its compliance by uploading its compliant SAQ or third party certificate to the PCI DSS Portal and completed the annual PCI DSS validation process.

  • Regulatory Compliance Charge: A regulatory compliancecharge will be added to each delivery to partially offset the cost of meeting significant regulatory compliance issues facing our business, such as DOT, Homeland Security, Insurance, and DOL.

  • At the end of each Compliance Period the Company shall carry out a reconciliation of the Compliance Charge paid by the Customer during that Compliance Period with the Compliance Charge due based on the total sales of WEEE actually made in the preceding Compliance Period and shall either refund any over-payment to the Customer within 30 days or invoice the Customer for any under-payment which shall be payable in accordance with clause 6.5.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the PCI DSS Non Compliance Charge shall be payable instead of the PCI DSS Management Fee.
