Compliance Approval definition

Compliance Approval means, with respect to a Mortgage Loan, the commitment to a Mortgage Lender, subject to the terms of this Agreement, that a Mortgage Loan is eligible to be financed with a portion of funds made available by MFA through its Programs, evidenced by, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Mortgage Purchase Contract and the applicable Program Documents.

  • Amendment of the existing Industrial Sewage Works (ISX) Environmental Compliance Approval with the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP).

  • To avoid any potential conflict of interest situations, a Professional Engineer who has designed or certified the engineering drawings for the sewage works project must not review his/her own Environmental Compliance Approval application information under the program.
