Complexes definition

Complexes means the Lady Beaverbrook Rink, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇'▇▇▇ Place, the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Centre, and the York Arena;
Complexes means the chemicals manufacturing complexes operated by --------- Lyondell and/or its Affiliates located at Channelview, Texas and Bayport, Texas, including all additions thereto and excluding all deletions therefrom, effective as of the date of any such addition or deletion.

  • MCO's using this method use the prior year's efficiency rent for owner-occupied Adult Family Homes; the one bedroom rent for corporate-operated Adult Family Homes and Community Based Residential Facilities; and the two bedroom rent for Residential Care Apartment Complexes.

  • Vehicles in states of disrepair, including but not limited to, flat tires, broken windows, and accident damage are not permitted at the Complexes.

  • None of the Loan Parties nor any of their respective Complexes or operations is subject to any outstanding written order, consent decree or settlement agreement with any Person relating to any Environmental Law, any Environmental Claim, or any Release that, individually or in the aggregate, would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • The Parties acknowledge that Mixed Use Building is a new category and that Mixed Use Buildings may be coded in Contractor’s software system as Multi-Family Residential Complexes, as Commercial Customers, or (in the event of separate accounts for the Residential and Commercial parts of the Premises) as both.

  • Such taxes have approximated 1% of the aggregate cost of the Apartment Complexes.

  • Complexes of contiguous commonly owned commercial office buildings equally one hundred thousand (100,000) square feet or more shall be covered by this Agreement.

  • stacked townhouse means a building, other than a townhouse or apartment building, containing at least 3 dwelling units, each dwelling unit being separated from the other vertically and/or horizontally, and each dwelling unit having an entrance to grade shared with no more than 3 other units;

  • Campsite means any place where bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established, or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi-automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).

  • Area means Monterey County, San Benito County, and Santa Cruz County.

  • Story means that portion of a building included between the upper surface of any floor and the upper surface of the floor next above, except that the topmost story shall be that portion of a building included between the upper surface of the topmost floor and the ceiling or roof above. If the finished floor level directly above a usable or unused underfloor space is more than 6 feet above grade for more than 50 percent of the total perimeter or is more than 12 feet above grade at any point, such usable or unused underfloor space shall be considered as a story.
