Complex Case Procedures definition

Complex Case Procedures means the Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases in the Southern District of Texas, effective February 24, 2020.
Complex Case Procedures means the Second Amended and Restated General Order No. 26-2019, Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases, dated February 6, 2023.

Related to Complex Case Procedures
