complex buildings definition

complex buildings means structures of exceptional complexity of design or which require comparatively large quantities of scientific, mechanical and electrical equipment and other facilities requiring specialised detail, design and co-ordination, for example -
complex buildings means all the buildings, improvements and facilities, including the Building, erected on the Land from time to time, including, without limitation, all milling facilities, tailings facilities, common areas and facilities, loading areas, garbage areas, parking areas, all heating, ventilating, air conditioning and humidity control equipment and all plumbing, wiring, and other systems, all as may be altered, expanded, reduced or renovated from time to time;
complex buildings means complex buildings as defined in Table 3.5.2.1 of Division C, Part 3 of the Ontario Building Code being Building systems, works, fixtures and service systems to which Subsection 3.2.6. of Division B or any provision in Articles 3.2.8.3. to 3.2.8.11. of Division B applies;
