Completion Work definition

Completion Work. , in relation to a Well, means work, by way of the installation of a casing or equipment or otherwise after the Well has been drilled, for the purpose of bringing the Well into use as a Development Well; and
Completion Work means the addition of tangible personal property to or reconfiguration of the interior of an aircraft, if the work requires the issuance of an airworthiness certificate from the:

  • Seller shall have met the Development Scope and Specifications requirements of Buyer per Exhibit B-1 except for the Post Completion Work, and delivered Seller’s Completion Documents per Exhibit C.

  • Seller’s Completion Notice shall be deemed Seller’s certification to Buyer that all Development Work for the applicable Section has been completed except for the Post Completion Work.

  • If Seller has not delivered all of the Completion Documents or Buyer’s inspection reveals that the Development Work (except the Post Completion Work) is not complete as provided in this Agreement, then, within such five (5) business day period, Buyer shall deliver written notice to Seller stating with reasonable specificity the nature of the deficiencies.

  • Flight Operations Support Upon request by Buyer, Seller will provide, at no additional cost, the services of its pilots for the following activities: i) One pilot to assist Buyer during acceptance of the Completion Work from the interior completion center.

  • Provided Buyer accepts such change order by the date indicated by executing a counterpart thereof, the change order shall be added to the Completion Work and become a part of this Agreement.

  • Within five (5) business days after receipt of Seller’s Completion Notice and the Completion Documents for the Section 3 Lots and Section 2 Lots respectively, which may not occur at the same time, Buyer shall review same, inspect the Lots and Section, and conduct such other investigations as it deems appropriate to confirm that all Development Work for such applicable Section has been completed as provided in this Agreement (except the Post Completion Work).
