Completion Minutes definition
Completion Minutes means board minutes of the Company and the Subsidiaries in the agreed form; “Connected Persons” in relation to a person, has the meaning given in sections 1122 and 1123 of the Corporation Tax ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, save that for these purposes, the term “company” (as defined in section 1123 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010) shall include a limited liability partnership and references to “Connected Person” shall be construed accordingly;
