Completion Assurances definition

Completion Assurances means one or more of the following, which in the aggregate shall provide the Completion Assurances Cap: (i) a Completion Guaranty, and/or (ii) a surety bond, letter of credit, cash deposit or other collateral or assurances that are approved by Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Completion Assurances means any payment and performance bonds, labor and materials bonds, or completion guarantees from a Developer Affiliate or other persons or entities, irrevocable letters of credit, or other legal instruments providing assurances and remedies for the completion of any Sub-Phase of Vertical Improvements by the Developer Affiliate.

Examples of Completion Assurances in a sentence

  • The City Manager shall approve the initial or revised Vertical Improvement Completion Assurances if they meet the standards set forth in this Section 5.5.

  • The City Manager shall either approve or disapprove the submitted revised Vertical Improvement Completion Assurances within fifteen (15) Business Days of the date such revised Vertical Improvement Completion Assurance are received by the City.

  • Only upon City Manager's approval of the Completion Assurances shall this condition be deemed met.

  • Buyer shall have delivered to SJH --------------------------- Partnership evidence of the Buyer Completion Assurances not later than June 15, 1996, and at Closing shall have closed on any loan providing the Buyer Completion Assurances and the Buyer Completion Assurances shall be available to complete the Phase I Improvements, subject only to normal and customary lending practices and requirements of this transaction.

  • The SJH Completion Assurances shall --------------------- permit the first lien mortgage of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bank of Jacksonville, N.A., which is to be recorded at Closing encumbering the Restricted Property, to be subordinated to the exclusive rights of Buyer set forth in Section 12.10 below.

  • If the proposed Vertical Improvement Completion Assurances are not approved by the City Manager, then the City Manager shall notify the Developer Affiliate in writing of the reasons for disapproval and the required revisions to the previously submitted Vertical Improvement Completion Assurances.

  • The Developer Affiliate shall thereafter submit revised proposed Vertical Improvement Completion Assurances within fifteen (15) Business Days of the notification of disapproval.
