Completely Destroyed definition

Completely Destroyed means the destruction of the safe, leasable use or occupancy of a substantial portion of the Premises under this Lease which damage cannot reasonably be repaired, restored or replaced within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date on which the damage occurred.
Completely Destroyed means destruction or damage to the Melbourne Casino or any other Extension Event which causes the complete closure of the Melbourne Casino;
Completely Destroyed means there is no part of the building left that a person could live in. If the home you rent was completely destroyed, then your rental agreement should end unless you and your landlord agree otherwise, or something in your rental agreement says something different.

Examples of Completely Destroyed in a sentence

  • In the event that Landlord and Tenant are unable to agree to a determination of whether any Leased Property is Completely Destroyed, Partially Destroyed or otherwise, such determination shall be made pursuant to the Arbitration provisions set forth in Article XIV.

  • A Leased Property shall be deemed to be "Completely Destroyed" if there is sufficient damage to such Leased Property that Landlord and Tenant agree to its classification as such.

  • In the event the Premises are Completely Destroyed at any time during Lease Term, Lessee, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to select whether to terminate this Lease within sixty (60) days of the damage.
