Completed product definition

Completed product means a manufactured item that is in the form and condition as it will be sold by the manufacturer. An item is completed when all processes that change or alter its state or form or enhance its value are finished, even though the item subsequently will be tested to ensure its quality or be packaged for storage or shipment.

Completed product means each Attributed Product for which Buyer has performed the Services in accordance with the terms of this Article X. The Reimbursement Amount for each Completed Product shall be paid to Buyer no later than thirty (30) days after the termination of this Agreement. Buyer shall not be entitled to any compensation for the Services if the Closing occurs.
