Completed Case definition

Completed Case means the decision is complete and it has cleared the office and been sent to either a field office or a payment center.
Completed Case means a Case in which specimens have been collected from all scheduled parties, genetic testing has been completed, and a results report issued.

Examples of Completed Case in a sentence

  • Completed Case Report Forms must be entered in the electronic data capture system within five (5) business days of the end of each subject treatment week; within five (5) business days of each subject follow-up visit; and within five (5) business days of completion of a Study subject’s participation in the Study and receipt of subject’s test results, if any, but in no event, later than the Study completion / termination date.

  • A "Completed Case Report Form" (“Completed CRF”) shall mean a CRF (including electronic) (i) that has been completed by the Investigator in accordance with all Regulatory Authorities and Study requirements, (ii) for a patient who properly qualified, participated in and completed the Study in accordance with all Study requirements, and (iii) which PRA and Sponsor determines can be used in all analyses of the Study results.

  • Accelsiors will make payments quarterly For Clinical Study Costs screen failures based upon submission of: Original, signed and dated Performance Fee Invoices, and Completed Case Report Forms corresponding to completed visits which are indicated on the submitted Performance Fee Invoice For other costs (e.g. iii, v,vi) based upon submission of original receipts.

  • ICON shall pay on a per patient basis for each Satisfactorily Completed Case (as defined in Section 14.1.2 below) in accordance with Appendix 3 to this Agreement.

Related to Completed Case

  • Targeted case management means services that assist a beneficiary to access needed 2 medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other community services. The 3 service activities may include, but are not limited to, communication, coordination and referral;

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Course Completion Date Shall refer to the date of completion of the Course as scheduled by the PEI, and shall be as stated in Item 5 of Schedule A.
