Complete System definition

Complete System shall be understood to mean the complete right and left side of a system itself including electronic light source control- gear(s) and/or supply and operating device(s) and those surrounding body parts and lamps which could influence its thermal dissipation. Each installation unit of the system and lamp(s) and/or LED module, if any, of the complete system may be tested separately;
Complete System means the aggregate of a complete set of all of the software and all of the deliverables developed pursuant to this Agreement (including any Statement of Work), and which includes all of the software, Development Materials or Black Box Component Deliverables (as applicable), user documentation and other ancillary materials created as part of the deliverables under Exhibit A-1.
