Complete Release definition

Complete Release means each of the following conditions having been satisfied: (a) all Dismissals shall have been filed by Micron, Acclaim, Toshiba and their respective Subsidiaries (as appropriate); and (b) the Patent License Agreement shall have been executed and delivered by each of the parties thereto.
