Complete Invoice is an invoice that contains the following information and any other information specifically requested by Merck prior to Delivery: (a) name of Dynavax and “Remit to” wire account and address, (b) Merck’s purchase order number, (c) invoice number, (d) invoice date, (e) description of goods and services, (f) total invoice amount with miscellaneous charges listed separately and (g) payment terms consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
