Complaint Handling definition

Complaint Handling. User is responsible for handling any complaint with regard to a customer. User must promptly notify Autobooks of any complaint with regard to Autobooks, and Autobooks will handle the receipt of complaints in accordance with its current policies and procedures. If Autobooks is unable to resolve an issue to User’s satisfaction, the complaint resolution procedures in the Agreement will control the process.
Complaint Handling means handling and resolution of complaints in the financial services sector.
