Compilation Album definition
Compilation Album means a multi-artist compilation album released by Company or any of its licencees through conventional retail outlets (excluding consumer-selected “compilations”) and embodying inter alia Audio Material,
Compilation Album means an Album containing Recordings hereunder coupled with other Recordings (e.g., "Best of the 90's").
Compilation Album means the sound recordings in the Master Format in the form of an album embodying the Recordings previously embodied in the version of the Album commercially released, together with sound recordings of songs from musicals (other than the Play) only. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘Compilation Album’ does not include sound recordings comprised of any songs other than songs from the Play and other musicals.
