Compflex definition

Compflex is any working arrangement that enables employees to fulfill their basic work requirement of eighty (80) hours per pay period in less than ten (10) full work days, and that permits employees to vary their beginning and ending times on a daily basis, subject to core periods during which all employees are required to work, and specified flexible bands during which employees are permitted to work.
