Competitor Defined definition
Competitor Defined. As used in this Section 4, the term "Competitor" means an individual, business or any other entity or enterprise engaged in, or having publicly announced its intent to engage in business that is substantially similar to UGS' business, or the business of UGS' subsidiaries, partners, or joint ventures.
