Competitive Practice definition

Competitive Practice means the full-time or part-time practice of rheumatology, directly or indirectly, alone or in any capacity, for, with or on behalf of another person, partnership, corporation, or other entity with a radius of 14 miles of Corporation’s office[s] at which Physician regularly provided services *** or at any other facility at which Physician has regularly provided services on behalf of the Corporation ***.”

Examples of Competitive Practice in a sentence

  • In the event of CI’s determination of (i) Grantee’s failure to comply with any Funding Terms and Conditions, or (ii) Grantee’s involvement in illegal acts including, without limitation, any Act of Corruption,Fraud or Anti- Competitive Practice, abuse, embezzlement and/or theft, CI may terminate the Grant, in whole or in part, by giving written notice to Grantee.

  • All other expenditures incurred subsequent to the effective date of termination and all expenditures with respect to which an Act of Corruption, Fraud or Anti- Competitive Practice has occurred are disallowed.
