Competitive Information definition

Competitive Information has the meaning given that term in Section 6.2(c).
Competitive Information means competitively sensitive information of the Vendor, including customer lists, pricing, volumes and specific product mix by customer or region, and supplier information relating to specific contract terms such as rebates and co-op advertising terms and pricing.
Competitive Information means, collectively, any information of any kind, written or verbal (including, without limitation, any proprietary or Confidential Information), pertaining to the terms or status of any proposals, discussions or negotiations with any then-current or prospective tenant for space at any Project that is subject to this Agreement to the extent that the Property Manager has a commercially reasonable basis to believe (and the Manager notifies Beacon of the same) that such then-current or prospective tenant is also considering or has expressed an interest in potentially leasing space at any Class-A office property located in the Downtown area of the City of Los Angeles, California that is not owned (directly or indirectly) by the Company and is owned (directly or indirectly) by Beacon or any of its Affiliates (excluding the Company and the Project Level Entities).

Examples of Competitive Information in a sentence

  • No Member Representative may disclose (i) to a Member, any Competitive Information of the Company with respect to any Company product that competes with a product of a Member and (ii) to the Company, any Competitive Information with respect to any product of a Member that competes with any Company product.

  • If by Applicable Law in a country or region in the Territory, conversion into USD or transfer of funds of a convertible currency to Canada or the United States becomes materially restricted, forbidden or substantially delayed, then BeiGene shall promptly notify Zymeworks and, thereafter, amounts accrued in such country or region under this Article 9 shall be paid to Zymeworks (or its designee) in such country or region in 99 Competitive Information – Commercially Sensitive Terms and Financial Provisions.

  • T&D Europe as well as the two independent experts shall keep any Competitive Information obtained from the individual Parties in the strictest confidence and take all reasonably precautions to prevent access to such information by persons who are not directors, officers or employees of T&D Europe or the two independent experts respectively.
