Competitive Conditions definition

Competitive Conditions means at or below the [***] price for [***] offered for the [***] (e.g. similar [***]) by the [***] Preferred [***] Suppliers. Upon satisfactory completion of any required qualification activities by Patheon, each Preferred Supplier shall be deemed approved by Patheon as a supplier as required by the Quality Agreement.
