Competitive Agent definition

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of this Section 1.7 shall apply successively to each ABX Competitive Agent.

  • If ABX desires to either (i) pursue the license or transfer of any Patent Rights or Know-How covering or relating to an ABX Competitive Agent or (ii) make an ABX Competitive Agent available for use in human subjects, then before taking any steps in furtherance of such desire, ABX shall deliver to Endocyte written notice of its desire and a reasonably detailed description of such ABX Competitive Agent, Patent Rights and Know-How.
