Loral Space and its subsidiaries shall cooperate with Buyer by providing all information reasonably requested by it in connection with the Competition Filing.
Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4.6(e) (Competition Filing Fees), (a) Buyer shall bear the Transaction Expenses of Buyer, and (b) the Seller Parties shall bear the Transaction Expenses of the Seller Parties.

A15 and Aleph Cayman will each bear an equal portion of the fees of White & Case LLP for the preparation of the Saudi Competition Filing and any associated filing fees, costs and expenses (including with respect to notarizations, legislations and translations).
To the Sellers’ Knowledge other than with respect to the German Competition Filing and the Norwegian Competition Filing, there are no necessary authorisations, approvals, clearances and consents required from the relevant national or supranational authorities for the lawful and valid completion of the Transaction.
Buyer will pay all required filing fees in connection with any Competition Filing.
