Executive shall, for a period of 12 months after the Competition Date notify the Company of any change in address and identify each subsequent employment or business activity in which Executive shall engage during such 12 months, stating the name and address of the employer or business organization and the nature of Executive's position.
This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Sections 13.2 or 13.3 of this Agreement, shall continue in effect until the Generic Competition Date (the “Term”).

All Management Option Shares which have become Vested Management Option Shares prior to the Termination Date or the Competition Date, as the case may be, will remain Vested Management Option Shares after the Termination Date or the Competition Date, respectively.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any Management Options which have not expired prior to the Competition Date will expire 30 days after the Competition Date and may not be exercised thereafter under any circumstance.
