Competition Date definition

Competition Date will occur if at any time within thirty months ---------------- after the Termination Date, Executive begins Competing with the Company or breaches any of the provisions of Section 7 of the Employment Agreement or Section 11 of this Agreement; provided that the Company will notify Executive of any such breach and, if such breach is capable of being cured, provide Executive with 10 days to cure such breach.

Examples of Competition Date in a sentence

  • Executive shall, for a period of 12 months after the Competition Date notify the Company of any change in address and identify each subsequent employment or business activity in which Executive shall engage during such 12 months, stating the name and address of the employer or business organization and the nature of Executive's position.

  • This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Sections 13.2 or 13.3 of this Agreement, shall continue in effect until the Generic Competition Date (the “Term”).

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any Management Options which have not expired prior to the Competition Date will expire 30 days after the Competition Date and may not be exercised thereafter under any circumstance.
