Competing Restaurant definition
Competing Restaurant means a restaurant primarily offering entrees priced between $10.00 and $20.00, including but not limited to a seafood or steak oriented restaurant.
Competing Restaurant means any casual dining restaurant for which any of the following is true:
Competing Restaurant means a casual dining restaurant with an on-premises micro-brewery.
More Definitions of Competing Restaurant
Competing Restaurant means a facility operated as a (i) Planet Hollywood, Motown Cafe, House of Blues, Chilis, TGI Fridays or Applebees, or (ii) another similar restaurant chain (a) operating under the same name in six (6) or more Metropolitan Statistical Areas, (b) with music theme-related icons or memorabilia displayed throughout the premises in a museum or collection type manner (but excluding self promotional items of a single individual), and (c) which derives greater than ten percent (10%) of its gross revenues from the sales of merchandise. "CONDEMNATION" (or to "CONDEMN") means any and every taking (temporary or permanent) for any public or quasi-public purpose, by any Governmental Entity by exercise of condemnation or eminent domain (or any transfer or conveyance by agreement in lieu thereof).
Competing Restaurant means (i) any casual dining restaurant with a concept emphasis, menu, and method of operation substantially similar to that currently employed at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar restaurants (such as Bennigan's, Chili's, Friday's, Ruby Tuesday's, or Houlihan's) and
Competing Restaurant means a facility operated as a (i) Planet Hollywood, Motown Cafe, House of Blues, Chilis, TGI Fridays or Applebees, or (ii) another similar restaurant chain (a) operating under the same name in six or more Metropolitan Statistical Areas, (b) with music theme-related icons or memorabilia displayed throughout the premises in a museum or collection type manner (but excluding self promotional items of a single individual), and (c) which derives greater than ten percent (10%) of its gross revenues from the sales of merchandise.
