Competent Contractor definition
Competent Contractor means a qualified, competent, professional contractor experienced in performing works of a similar nature and complexity to the Works;
Competent Contractor means any person or a body of persons having a certificate of registration with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in the relevant field;
Competent Contractor means an experienced and competent design and construction contractor of the highest skill and quality, with particular experience in Australia and the location of the Site.
