Examples of Competed Services in a sentence

• The Contracting Body will also notify the Framework Administrator, other i-Flair members and Contracting Bodies of the permanent suspension of the Contractor and upon receipt of such notification the other i-Flair members and Contracting Bodies may suspend the Contractor from the opportunity to be awarded future Call-Off Contracts by Standard or Competed Services from the Framework Agreement Lot stated within the Order Form for the remaining duration of the Framework Agreement.

• The Authority shall specify its Insurance Requirements when it issues its request for Standard or Competed Services.

• Where The Contracting Body has evidence of the Contractor not achieving the Minimum Acceptable Performance Level (MAP) at any Assessment Date, the Contracting Body shall be entitled to immediately suspend the Contractor from the opportunity to be awarded future Call-Off Contracts by Standard or Competed Services by the Contracting Body on all Framework Agreement Lot’s that apply to the Contractor.

• The prices offered by the Provider for Call-Off Contracts to Contracting Bodies for Competed Services shall be based on the prices set out in the Pricing Matrices and tendered in accordance with the requirements of the mini-competition held pursuant to Clause 7.

More Definitions of Competed Services

Competed Services means the Competed Services set out in Part A of Schedule 1 "Competed Services Award Criteria" means the award criteria to be applied to tenders received through mini-competitions held for the award of Call-Off Contracts for Competed Services as set out in Schedule 2
