Compensation Code definition

Compensation Code means the body of statute and case law and the established practices for the assessment, payment and determination of compensation for compulsory acquisition of land and rights, including the Land Compensation Acts of 1961 and 1973, the Compulsory ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Planning and Compensation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Planning and Compulsory Purchase ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Planning ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Housing and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Neighbourhood ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, in each case as amended from time to time.
Compensation Code means the statutory provisions, as interpreted by relevant case law, in relation to the assessment of compensation for the compulsory acquisition of land.
Compensation Code means the body of statute and case law applicable to the ascertainment payment or determination of compensation including disturbance in relation to the compulsory purchase of land including but not limited to the provisions of the 1961 Act, the 1965 Act, the 1973 Act and the 1981 Act and any other relevant statute or statutory instrument;
