Compensation Charges definition

Compensation Charges has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.2.1;
Compensation Charges means Payroll Charges (as defined below), Material Off-Cycle Compensation Charges (as defined below) and Off-Cycle Payroll Charges (as defined below).

Examples of Compensation Charges in a sentence

  • Reciprocal Compensation Charges are assessed on a per conversation minute basis (call party answer to call party disconnect).
