Compelling Party definition

Compelling Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).

  • In that case, the Compelling Party shall deliver a written notice to the Non-Compelling Party, specifying its election to invoke this Section 3.08(b) (the “Coin Flip Notice”).
