Comparators definition

Comparators has the meaning set forth in the “Market Currency Procedures” Exhibit.

Comparators means the other outsourced organizations (including, without limitation, private companies, public entities, NGOs that may be customers of other third party outsourcing service providers) that are receiving services that are similar to the Services under the Agreement, that have, on an aggregated basis, similar quality, nature and volumes of IT activities (including similar service levels) as provided by the Vendor to the Client under this Agreement, and which are used as comparison points for the purposes of the Benchmark.
Comparators means the other outsourced organizations (including, without limitation, private companies, public entities, NGOs and entities that may be customers of Vendor as well as customers of other third party outsourcing service providers) that (1) receive services that are similar to the Services under the Agreement; (2) are United States based entities receiving services provided or delivered exclusively from the United States (and excluding services provided from locations outside of the United States); and (3) are used as comparison points for the purposes of the Benchmark.
