Comparative Study definition

Comparative Study means a comparative clinical study of a Product designed to investigate whether there are clinical meaningful differences between a proposed Biosimilar product and a Reference Product in a patient population and that is intended to support a BLA of such Product in the Territory.
Comparative Study means any aggregation of Patient Data obtained through the System that compares the performance of Participants and/or Authorized Users in a manner that directly or indirectly identifies the parties whose performance is compared, and that is published or made available to any party without the express prior consent of each Participant and/or Authorized User identified therein.
