Comparable System definition
Comparable System means [***].
Comparable System. Comparable Software" and/or "Comparable System and Software" means.
(i) any system or software that is substan- tially comparable to the LimeWire System and Software, including but not limited to Frost- Wire, Acquisition, BearFlix, Cabos Gnucle- us/GnucDNA, Gtk-gnutella, KCeasy, MP3 Rocket, Phex, Poisoned, Shareaza, Symella, Bit Torrent, uTorrent, Vuze/Azurcus, BitComet, Transmission, Deluge, BitLord, KTorrent, eDonkey, eMule, aMule, MLDonkey, xMule, Ares Galaxy MP2P, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, isollunt, or Pi- rate bay,as those systems or software existed before or as of the date of this Permanent In- junction; and/or
(ii) any website server, system. or software that has as a material purpose or a material use the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, communication to the public (whether by transmitting or making available). public per- formance, or other exploitation of any copy- righted files or works.
